Mears Corner is a neighborhood of the City of Virginia Beach, Virginia. Located at the geographical coordinates of 36.7804 degrees north latitude and 76.1916 degrees west longitude, it is within the vicinity of the neighborhoods of Alexandria, Greenbrier East and Acredale. The main roads serving the area are Kempsville Road, Albright Drive, Centerville Turnpike, Brandon Boulevard, and Lynnhaven Parkway.

The neighborhood of Mears Corner is part of the Virginia Beach City Public Schools District. Families with children in the area are designated to the following schools:

• Tallwood Elementary School
