About John's work for survivors

Much of John's career has centered on a single question: when someone is harmed, did the people in charge do what they were supposed to do to keep that person safe? His negligent-security and premises-liability practice exists because institutions, property owners, and businesses sometimes ignore known dangers — and survivors of that negligence deserve a lawyer willing to put those failures in front of a jury.

That same accountability focus carries into cases involving institutional and systemic failures. John has spent close to two decades litigating against well-resourced defendants, and he brings that experience to clients who have been let down by the very organizations that were responsible for protecting them. His leadership roles with the American Association for Justice, the Georgia Trial Lawyers Association, and the State Bar of Georgia's Board of Governors reflect a sustained commitment to victims' rights at both the courtroom and policy level.
