Eric H. Weitz is a Pennsylvania trial lawyer with more than thirty years of litigation experience and the founder of The Weitz Firm, LLC in Philadelphia. He has been admitted to practice in Pennsylvania since November 23, 1992, and is also admitted in New Jersey. He earned his J.D., cum laude, from Villanova University School of Law and a B.S., cum laude, from Syracuse University's S.I. Newhouse School of Public Communications. A nationally recognized advocate in catastrophic injury and medical malpractice, he serves as President of the Pennsylvania Association for Justice and is a Fellow of the Academy of Advocacy. His firm is a partner in the Abuse Guardian network supporting survivors of sexual abuse.
