Jennifer Lipinski is the owner and managing attorney of Lipinski Law in Jupiter, Florida, where she leads a civil trial practice focused on survivors of sexual abuse and institutional negligence. Admitted to the Florida Bar in 2012, she is also admitted before the U.S. Court of Appeals for the Eleventh Circuit and the U.S. District Courts for the Southern and Middle Districts of Florida. She earned her J.D. cum laude from Michigan State University College of Law and completed the Geoffrey Fieger Trial Practice Institute, a two-year litigation program, along with the AAJ Leadership Academy. She has served as lead or co-counsel in more than 15 civil jury trials. She holds leadership roles with the American Association for Justice, the Florida Justice Association, and the National Crime Victim Bar Association.

Jennifer's practice is built around survivors. She represents victims of sexual abuse, institutional abuse, and negligent supervision, holding the people and organizations responsible when a duty to protect is broken. Her courtroom experience — more than 15 civil jury trials as lead or co-counsel — means survivors who choose to pursue a claim are working with a trial lawyer, not just a settlement negotiator.
She also serves on the Advisory Board of the National Crime Victim Bar Association and on the boards of the American Association for Justice (representing Florida) and the Florida Justice Association.
