About Joshua's work for survivors

About Joshua's work for survivors

Joshua Gillispie built a practice that does not treat abuse cases as a sideline. His firm is described as focusing almost entirely on representing victims of childhood sexual abuse and other crimes, and that focus shapes how he handles every matter — from the first confidential conversation through litigation. Survivors in Arkansas work with an attorney who has spent more than a decade in this specific area of the law, not a generalist taking the case as an exception.

His work reaches across the institutions where abuse most often hides: religious organizations and clergy, schools and other places of trust, and the networks behind sex trafficking. As the designated Arkansas attorney in the Abuse Guardian alliance, he represents survivors statewide — from North Little Rock and Little Rock out to Searcy and beyond. The goal throughout is the same: to hold the people and institutions that allowed the harm accountable, on your timeline and your terms.
