Jeff S. Gibson is a partner at Wagner Reese, LLP, and the firm's designated Indiana sexual abuse attorney. Admitted to the Indiana bar in 2000, he has spent more than two decades representing survivors of sexual abuse alongside injured consumers in courts across the country.
He earned his law degree from the Indiana University Robert H. McKinney School of Law in Indianapolis and his undergraduate degree from Indiana University. He is admitted to practice before the U.S. Court of Appeals for the Seventh Circuit and multiple federal district courts, including the Northern and Southern Districts of Indiana.
Jeff has held leadership roles in some of the nation's most significant pharmaceutical and product-liability litigations, and he brings that same trial-tested approach to civil cases for abuse survivors. He is a frequent speaker and published author on litigation and survivor representation.

As the designated Indiana Abuse Guardian at Wagner Reese, Jeff represents survivors of child sexual abuse, sexual assault, and sex trafficking. His experience spans cases involving clergy abuse, residential treatment facility patients, and athletes abused within their sport, where the harm is often compounded by the institutions that were supposed to protect them.
He approaches this work as both a trial lawyer and a member of the National Crime Victim Bar Association, an organization dedicated to the civil representation of crime victims. Jeff and his firm describe their mission plainly: survivors of sexual violence deserve a face and a platform after being silenced for so long. Every case is handled with that belief at its center.
