Laurence P. Banville is the managing partner of Banville Law, PLLC, and has been licensed to practice in New York since 2009. He represents survivors of sexual abuse and assault in civil claims throughout New York State, building cases that hold individuals and institutions accountable.
He earned his law degree from University College Dublin in Ireland, graduating with President's Honors, and brings multi-jurisdictional experience to his practice. He is a founding architect of the Abuse Guardians national alliance, a network of lawyers who exclusively represent survivors of sexual abuse.
