After an investigation in late September, Robles was found to have had multiple sexual relationships with students who had attended Eleanor Roosevelt High School. The Sheriff’s department also found that he was currently communicating with current and former students via social media.
Robles was arrested and faced charges of rape, unlawful intercourse with a minor, 7 counts of annoying a child under 18 years old, two counts of possession of child pornography, one count of oral copulation of a minor, and an allegation of targeting multiple victims in a sex crime.
Robles pleaded not guilty during an arraignment where a felony settlement conference date was set for Nov. 1, 2019. The criminal complaint lists 4 girls who were allegedly victimized between August 2014 and July 2017.
