Pennington Massage Therapist Charged For Sexual Assault

A Mercer County massage therapist has been arrested and charged for sexually assaulting a female customer during a massage session. Asmar Berry, 40, is accused of touching a woman’s private parts without consent during a session at Renewed Spa Massage.

Police officials say the incident occurred in September 2018. Officials for the Mercer County Prosecutors Office say they were approached by a woman who accused Berry of assaulting her. Berry has been charged with one count of second-degree sexual assault and one count of fourth-degree criminal sexual contact. He has now been released into the community pending a court date.

When called by NJ.com, Renewed Spa Massage declined to comment. The business is located in the Shoppes at Pennington complex at 21 Route 31 North in Pennington.
