The child abuse attorneys from Warsaw presents to you this article on the city of Warsaw. We encourage you to learn about the city's history and explore more of its features.
Warsaw is a city in Kosciusko County, Indiana. Also the seat of the county, its beginnings started with trappers, traders and merchants supplying manufactured goods to farmers in the area. However, soon after, tourists began visiting Warsaw because of its central location in the lake region. As permanent residences were built and industry moved to the area, Warsaw was incorporated as a town in March 1854.
In 1854 and 1870, the Pennsylvania Railroad and the Big For Railroad arrived in the town, respectively. In 1895, DePuy Manufacturing – the first manufacturer of orthopedic appliances in the world – was founded by Revra DePuy in Warsaw to make wire mesh and wooden splints. In 1905, Justin Zimmer was hired as a splint salesman. Twelves years later, he left the company to start his own orthopedic company with Joe Ettinger.
