A Monroe, New Jersey dentist has been arrested on four charges of sexual assault, according to NJ.com. An investigation by the Monroe Police Department found evidence that 47-year-old Dr. Richard Goldberg had inappropriately touched at least 3 female employees, including one who was only 17 years old at the time.
Goldberg has been charged with 3 counts of criminal sexual contact and 1 count of endangering the welfare of a child, authorities say. In private practice out of Monroe Township, Dr. Goldberg, a resident of Marlboro, offered a full range of dental services from his clinic on Spotswood Englishtown Road, including dental implants and cosmetic procedures.

The alleged sexual misconduct, police say, occurred beginning in July 2016. The latest incident allegedly took place in August 2018. The University of Pennsylvania-educated dentist has not provided a comment on his current situation. His first court appearance is scheduled on September 13, 2018. He is expected to appear in New Brunswick’s Superior Court.
