Franklin Park is a borough within Allegheny County, Pennsylvania. Located at the geographical coordinates of 40.590459 degrees north latitude and 80.092046 degrees west longitude, it is bordered by Marshall Township on the north, Pine Township on the northeast, McCandless on the east, Ross Township on the southeast, Ohio Township on the south, Sewickley Hills and Bell Acres on the west and Economy in Beaver County on the northwest. As of the 2010 census, the borough has a population of 13,470 people and a total area of 13.6 square miles.

Blueberry Hill Park

Blueberry Hill Park is the premier community park for the Franklin Park Borough. Managed by the Borough Parks Department, it can be found on Blaine's Way. The 87-acre park offers recreational amenities such as:

  • Baseball and Softball
  • Basketball Court
  • Football Field
  • Multipurpose Filed
  • Volleyball
  • Playground
  • Hiking Trails
  • Walking Track

It is a great place to gather with families and friends. Visitors can also spend some leisure time at the pavilion, gazebo and Activity Center also provided at the park. Its hours of operation are from 7 a.m. to 9 p.m. daily.

Linbrook Park

Another recreational park in Franklin Park, Linbrook Park is an 80-acre park on Big Sewickley Creek Road. A well-kept secret of the borough, the park feature three baseball and softball fields, a cricket field, a lacrosse field, a soccer field, two playgrounds, two picnic shelters, hiking trails, walking trails, a beautiful stream and ample parking. Because most of the park has not been developed, it is the perfect place for a more natural outdoor recreational fun.

Franklin Village

Franklin Village is a shopping mall on the corner of Brandt School Road and Wexford Bayne Road (Pennsylvania State Road 910). It provides residents in the borough with a number of stores, services and dining options to choose from to cater to their daily necessities. Some of the occupants of the shopping mall are Eat'n Park, FedEx Office Print & Ship Center, Code Ninjas, Sir Pizza, The Beer Trap, Any Given Sundae, Lin's Oriental Express, Bella Frutteto, New Golden Nails Spa, and more.
