Two women have now filed separate lawsuits against the massage and spa company, Massage Envy. Both women claim to have been sexually assaulted by the same massage therapist at the Old Town location in Chicago in December 2019.
In both of the lawsuits, the women claim the male therapist disrobed them. In the first Massage Envy sexual assault lawsuit, the woman accused him of exposing her buttocks and touching her genitalia without consent. The second lawsuit also claims the same employee aggressively touched her buttocks and exposed her breasts.
The second lawsuit claims the chain and manager were aware of the first incident by the time the second incident took place.
