In 1906, it was acquired by F. W. Henninger and Andrew McSwigan, who proceeded to established the family-owned Kennywood Entertainment Company. In 2007, the amusement park, along with four others, was sold to international entertainment operator Parques Reunidos. Allowing its one to three passengers to free fall 75 miles per hour above the park's lagoon, it is a 180 feet tall giant swing. The other attraction is the Paddle Boats. It is the park's only human-powered attraction. Riders have the opportunity to paddle through the park's lagoon in any direction they choose.
