Hershey is a census-designated place (CDP) and an unincorporated community in Derry Township of Dauphin County, Pennsylvania. Part of the Harrisburg-Carlisle Metropolitan Statistical Area, the town was founded by the Hershey Company in 1903 for its workers. The community included the following:

Hershey's Chocolate World includes eight visitor centers situated around the world. The first Hershey's Chocolate World was open on June 30, 1973, in Hershey, PA, just off of Hersheypark Drive. Hersheypark is a family chocolate theme amusement park in Hershey. Opened in 1906 by Milton S. Hershey as a leisure park for his employees at the Hershey Chocolate Company, it currently houses 76 rides that feature 14 rollercoasters. Some of the rollercoasters that are no longer in operation are the Mini Comet, Roller Soaker, Twin Towers Toboggan, and Wild Cat. Its themed areas include Hershey's Chocholatetown, Founder's Way, The Hollow, Kissing Tower Hill, Pioneer Frontier, Midway America, and The Boardwalk at Hersheypark. The park is also home to the ZooAmerica.
Besides being home to all things Hershey, the community of Hershey also feature a number of parks and recreational spaces for residents and visitors to enjoy. Part of the Derry Township Park system, Founders Park is a public park on Homestead Road. The 41-acre park was developed as a joint project between the Township, Milton Hershey School and the School District. It provides recreational amenities like soccer, lacrosse, softball and baseball fields, as well as playground equipment, swings and a large open area. The park is open daily from dawn to dusk.
