Olympic-level competition in America has a major problem. Young female athletes from across the nation are stepping forward to report horrific sexual abuse. Hundreds of young women have already filed civil lawsuits over the scandal, accusing the United States Olympic Committee and its 47 national governing bodies of putting "medals and money" ahead of player safety.
Team USA Sex Abuse Scandal Hits Ohio State
Scandals have erupted throughout the Olympic training establishment, from USA Swimming and USA Gymnastics to USA Taekwondo. Now, a new federal complaint accuses USA Diving and Ohio State University of similar misconduct.
In her class action lawsuit, a former diver who trained through Ohio State's Diving Club accuses the University of failing to report a dangerous sexual predator to the police. She says the school discovered hundreds of child pornography images in the possession of William Bohonyi, a USA Diving-affiliated coach, but never went to law enforcement. Bohonyi, she claims, sexually exploited her for years.

As a result, our committed personal injury attorneys have launched a full investigation into Ohio State's sexual abuse policies, with a particular focus on the school's Team USA-affiliated training programs, including the United States Tennis Association. Like many survivors, we believe that sexual abuse and exploitation may be rampant in Olympic-level athletics.
