Brian Squires is now serving a jail term. In 2010, he was sentenced to serve 12 years, 7 months in prison, along with another five years on supervised release, on the charge of distributing child pornography. As part of a plea agreement, U.S. District Judge Theresa Springmann dismissed a second charge of possessing child pornography.
