Xiaodong Mei Sexual Abuse Allegation Investigation

Xiaodong Mei is the owner and masseur at Max Relax, a massage parlor located at 1108 Casitas Pass Rd, Carpinteria, CA 93013. Mei was arrested following two allegations of sexual assault in March 2021. The arrest followed an incident in which a detective posed as a customer and was sexually assaulted by the masseur, just as the victims described. 

Mei has been booked in the South Branch Jail and faces charges of false imprisonment and sexual assault. His bail has been raised to $100,000.
